Horses do all the work on Bob's farm.

Draft horses

You will find the older style draft horse on Bob's farm as well as mules. The type of horse Bob uses will be the kind of horse used by the farmer during the heyday of horse-powered agriculture. They are heavier boned and bodied and not as tall as the more modern day hitch type draft horse.

Crossbred horses

The draft crosses on Bob's farm are more of an all-purpose horse. They will be trained to ride and drive as well as do a days work. This type of horse is especially useful to an outfitter horse both as a packhorse or saddle horse for today's heavier hunters. They will be more agile and give a nicer ride than a full draft for this type of work. They also make an extremely nice carriage or all around family horse or team. You may even find a dressage or hunter/jumper prospect.
